Your ticket is your personal admission ticket.

Take a print to the show or download the full pdf so that the ticket is available offline on your smartphone.

Tickets are not exchanged or refunded, only in exceptional cases:

• In case the concert is cancelled, all ticket buyers will be informed personally once the cancellation is final.  The tickets will then automatically be reimbursed.

• In case of mandatory quarantine (certification required) and in case of death of the ticket buyer or one of his/her close family member (obituary required), we will reimburse the tickets if we are informed about this before the concert.

• Latecomers will not be admitted.  Tickets of latecomers will never be reimbursed or exchanged.​

Ticket will not be reimbursed in case of loss or if you are hindered for any other reason than the above mentioned.

Audio, photo, video recordings of the performance are only allowed for personal use, never for professional use, unless you have the official approval of the artist and Soul Happenings

Soul Happenings is not liable in case of incidents or accidents

Neem steeds een print mee of download het ticket zodat het online beschikbaar is op je gsm.

Gekochte tickets worden niet omgeruild of terugbetaald, tenzij in deze uitzonderlijke gevallen: 

• Bij annulatie (van een voorstelling) worden ticketkopers persoonlijk op de hoogte gesteld van de annulatie van zodra die definitief is. De tickets worden dan automatisch terugbetaald.

• Bij verplichte quarantaine (attest verreist) en bij overlijden van de ticketkoper of één van zijn naaste familieleden (overlijdensbericht vereist), betalen we de tickets terug indien we vóór de voorstelling worden verwittigd.

• Laatkomers worden niet toegelaten. Tickets van laatkomers worden nooit terugbetaald of omgeruild.

Tickets worden dus niet terugbetaald in geval van verlies of in geval je verhinderd bent door andere dan de hierboven genoemde redenen.

Audio, photo, video opnames zijn enkel toegestaan voor persoonlijk gebruik, nooit voor professioneel gebruik, tenzij je hiervoor de officiële goedkeuring hebt van de artiest én van Soul Happenings.

Soul Happenings is niet verantwoordelijk voor ongevallen of incidenten.
