Love Said to Me is an intimate and uplifting journey into the heart of Sufi poetry — where ancient words of love, longing and awakening are brought vividly to life through spoken word, music and song.
​
Israeli spoken-word artist Ellaya joins sacred music duo Premanjali in a unique weave of poetry, mantra and devotional singing. The words of Rumi and Hafiz come alive — spoken into the music, carried by rhythm and silence, and woven through songs that invite the whole room to join.

You’ll be invited to listen, feel, sing — and perhaps even rise to your feet and dance. One moment you may find yourself completely still, carried inward by Rumi’s words; the next, singing together as the music opens and fills the room. The journey moves through tenderness and longing, laughter and beauty, into the ecstatic joy and celebration at the heart of Sufi poetry.

Ellaya sometimes describes this meeting of poetry and music as “lovemaking with the Divine” - the spoken word penetrates the heart, the singing opens it, and together they invite us into an intimate encounter with the deepest part of ourselves.

Love Said To Me - workshop
Love Said to Me workshop is a one-of-a-kind experience, where Sufi poetry and devotional music meet as living practices of the heart.
The poems of Rumi and Hafiz were never meant to remain on the page. They are living forces—meant to be tasted, spoken, breathed, and allowed to move through the body and heart.
Guided by spoken word artist Ellaya and the devotional singing of the Premanjali Duo, participants are invited into a direct, embodied encounter with these timeless teachings. Through voice, movement, meditation, guided imagination, playful exploration, and shared singing, we awaken the poems from within, allowing them to become lived experience rather than beautiful ideas.
Throughout the workshop, sacred songs and mantras create a field of openness and devotion, while the poetry offers gateways into presence, intimacy, longing, joy, and remembrance. As participants move the words of Rumi and Hafiz through their bodies and voices, sung and spoken word weave a powerful tapestry that opens the heart and invites participants into a deeper meeting with themselves and one another.
Playful, intimate, and profound, Love Said to Me workshop is an invitation to step inside the poetry of Rumi and Hafiz, to speak its wisdom, embody its truth, and discover how these ancient words continue to awaken the deepest places of the human heart.
In the meeting of spoken poetry and devotional song, participants are invited into a shared experience of presence, remembrance and love.

About Ellaya
Ellaya is an Israeli storyteller, spoken word artist, and Buddhism teacher, with a deep affinity for Sufi poetry. Guided by her love of Rumi and Hafiz, and dedicated to peace work, she has developed a unique artistic path that brings 13th-century poetry into a living, contemporary form.
She creates immersive Sufi poetry concerts, where spoken word is interwoven with live music, inviting audiences into a direct, lived encounter with the sacred. For many years, Ellaya has been devoted to exploring the power of the spoken word as prayer and as medicine—an embodied doorway into presence, connection, and the depths of the human heart.
She performs, teaches, and facilitates workshops across Israel and Europe, inviting participants and audiences into a direct encounter with poetry as a living, breathing force.

About Premanjali​
Elise & Charlie Premanjali are a husband-and-wife duo from the UK, devoted to sharing sacred music rooted in devotion and connection. The name Premanjali means “an offering of divine love,” reflecting the intention behind all they create and share.
Blending Elise’s vocals, guitar and harmonium with Charlie’s melodic hang drum and uplifting percussion, their sound weaves together ancient mantras and original English lyrics. They offer kirtan concerts that are both contemporary and timeless, where each song unfolds as a musical prayer, creating a deeply immersive and heart-opening experience.
Their music invites inner stillness, joy, and a deep sense of connection - awakening the spiritual heart through sacred sound.
