Dear friends,

Yes! You are the lucky ones, in for a unique & once in a lifetime concert and/or workshop with Snatam Kaur. Thank you for holding on to your ticket from 2 year ago or for buying one recently, for your trust and for following the call to be part of this!

We’re counting down and we are soooo looking forward to 3 days of pure bliss.

A few practical details:

Do you have a concert ticket? This is valid for the concert EITHER Saturday May 28 OR Sunday, May 29 - from 17.00 - 19.30
Tickets bought from Fnac in 2020 - Fnac has sent you a mail a while ago with the date for which your ticket is valid. As we are sold out, we can no longer make changes to this. So, changes from Sunday to Saturday are no longer possible
Tickets bought in 2020 - just bring your old ticket, the bar-code holds the new date
“Doors” open 1 hour before the start of the concert
If you also want to join us for the workshop on May 27 @ 14h00, you still can - get your ticket here
Entrance for the workshop is starting at 13h00
It is important that you bring your ticket (paper or on your smartphone), without ticket no entrance.
If you lost your ticket from 2 years ago, contact Fnac contact.tickets@fnac.com. Tickets bought recently should have been sent by chipta.

Place to be: Sparrenweg 10, 3051 Sint-Joris-Weert

What to bring? In case of sunny weather, protection against the sun, mosquito repellent, in case of rain or cold weather, a jacket/pull.

For the concert:

Chairs will be foreseen for everyone, no need to bring your own chair or yoga mat

For the workshop:

please bring your own yoga mat and cushion to sit on

We are so happy and grateful that the Govinda Box team will offer their super delicious vegetarian meals, pic-nic style. This has to be ordered and paid in advance, directly with Govinda Box. Deadline is May 21.

Important: this is an outdoor concert/workshop, that will take place in Soul Happenings’ garden, in the forest. Parking is limited and will be indicated. We do advise you to come by public transport, bike or to carpool.

Lieve mensen,

Ja! Jij bent één van de geluksvogels die binnenkort deel kan uitmaken van een uniek concert en/of workshop met Snatam Kaur. Dank je wel voor het behouden van je reeds lang geleden gekochte ticket, dank voor je recente aankoop, voor je vertrouwen en voor je verlangen om hier deel van uit te maken!

Binnen een paar dagen komen wij dus samen.

Hier wat praktische gegevens:

Concert ticket? Jouw ticket is geldig voor OFWEL het concert van zaterdag 28 mei, OFWEL zondag 29 mei van 17.00 - 19.30
Tickets gekocht in 2020 - FNAC stuurde iedereen een mail met herbevestiging van de nieuwe datum. Verandering van zaterdag naar zondag of omgekeerd is niet meer mogelijk gezien wij volzet zijn voor beide dagen.
Koch u uw ticket in 2020 bij Fnac? Breng het oude ticket mee, de bar-code houdt de nieuwe datum en geeft zo dus toegang.
U bent welkom vanaf een uur voor aanvang.
Indien je ook wil deelnemen aan de workshop op vrijdag 27 mei om 14uur, dan kan dat nog, koop je ticket hier
Breng zeker je ticket mee (papier of smartphone), geen toegang zonder ticket
Indien je jouw ticket van 2 jaar geleden niet meer vindt, contacteer dan contact.tickets@fnac.com. Controleer dit ajb nu, wij zijn in volle voorbereiding en checken onze inbox weinig momenteel.

Wat breng je mee? Bij zonnig weer, eventueel bescherming tegen zon, muggen. Bij regenweer of een frisse dag een jas/pul.

Voor het concert:

Stoelen worden voor iedereen voorzien, je moet zelf geen stoel of yoga mat meebrengen.

Voor de workshop:

Gelieve je eigen yoga mat en kussen mee te brengen

Wij zijn ontzettend blij dat de mensen van Govinda Box hun heerlijke vegan maaltijden willen aanbieden, pic-nic style. Deze dienen wel op voorhand besteld en betaald te worden bij hen. Dat kan via deze link. Ten laatste voor 21 mei.

Belangrijk: het concert gaat door in de tuin van Soul Happenings, deze ligt in het bos. Parking zal aangegeven worden, maar deze is beperkt, wij raden u dus aan om zoveel mogelijk met fiets bus of trein te komen of te carpoolen.

Bravo! Vous êtes parmis les chanceux qui peuvent participer à un concert/workshop unique avec Snatam Kaur. Merci d'avoir gardé votre ticket d'il y a très longtemps, ou de votre achat récent, merci pour la confiance et le désir de faire parti d'un moment extraordinaire.

Voici des infos pratiques:

Votre ticket est valable pour samedi le 28 OU dimanche, le 29 mai de 17.00 - 19.30
Fnac à contacté tous ceux qui ont acheté un ticket chez eux pour connaître votre date de préférence. Après ils ont envoyé une confirmation de la nouvelle date.
Changer la date de samedi à dimanche ou de dimanche à samedi n'est plus possible, on est complet.
Avez-vous acheté votre ticket à la Fnac en 2020? Prenez votre ancien ticket, il donnera accès
Vous êtes le bienvenu à partir de 16h00
Si vous désiriez participer au workshop de yoga avec Snatam & band jeudi, le 27 mai - vous pouvez acheter votre ticket ici
Prenez bien votre ticket, sans ticket, pas d'entrée
Si vous ne trouvez plus votre ticket acheté chez Fnac il y a 2 ans, veuillez contacter contact.tickets@fnac.com. Les tickets récent ont été envoyé par chipta. Important à savoir: le concert/workshop aura lieu dans le jardin de Soul Happenings, en plein air dans la fôret Meerdaal. Parking est limité et sera indiqué, nous vous conseillons de faire du car-pooling, de venir en vélo ou en train/bus.
