De dag bestaat uit mantra’s, meditatie, improvisatie, kundalini oefeningen, dans,  kleine rituelen, ontspanning & stilte

 

Je ontdekt de schoonheid en de kracht van je eigen stem, jouw eigen vibraties.  En tegelijkertijd merk je  hoe alles lichter wordt, blokkades weg vallen en je weer helemaal vervuld raakt van vreugde, warmte en zachtheid….. Sat Nam!

The day consists of mantra chanting, meditation, improvisations, kundalini exercises, dance, rituals, relaxation & silence.
